As a first-generation American and son of an Egyptian mother and a French father, Igor's work has been personally motivated to celebrate cultural diversity and build community connections through the power of our shared human experience.

His work is based on traditional community organizing techniques learned on the 2008 and 2012 Obama campaigns as well as personal narrative work with Marshall Ganz at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Igor has also worked with cutting-edge research on how to talk to people about some of the most divisive issues through deep canvassing.

As a meditation practitioner with 15+ years of experience his work focuses on the intersection of mindful contemplation and community action.
